The Aero Lap makes it possible to achieve a mirror finish on any profile.
Form punches, form dies for injection moulds, cutting punches, and moulds,
which until now, had to be worked by hand, can now be lapped by machine.

The work piece face is subjected to a high speed flow of a special elastic medium, mixed with an abrasive material, and does not alter the geometry of the component in any way.
